World Brain Week is a neuroscience dissemination campaign that is held annually during the second week of March in several countries around the world. Its purpose is to create public awareness about the progress and benefits of brain research, based on activities that facilitate the understanding of the topics exposed.
• This event has the purpose of disseminating everything related to the functioning of the brain in both health and disease conditions.
• Create awareness about the importance of research in the field of neuroscience, what progress has been made and what efforts are required to continue.
• Through various activities and dynamics, share with objectivity, but at the same time with sensitivity, what is known from the field of neuroscience regarding the prevention, development and treatment of some diseases of the nervous system.
• Raise awareness in society in general about the great challenges faced by those who suffer from neurological diseases.
